Beach Alcúdia

If you are dreaming of long, barefoot walks on a kilometer long beach of fine sand with wonderful views, then the beach of Alcúdia will surpass all your expectations.

You have a more than 3 km long beach with shallow, transparent water in front of you - a safe place, with several sections with beach watch and rescue crews, wooden walkways for disabled visitors and rental of hammocks and umbrellas. The beach is surrounded by all kinds of tourist establishments, bars, cafeterias and restaurants with a rich gastronomic offer. The beach has been visited for years by many local and foreign families for a quiet summer holiday.

The beach also has ideal sections for water sports, such as windsurf, ski ride, sailing or paddle surf, among others. It is one of the largest beaches in the Balearic Islands and is divided into two sections: the section closest to the sports harbor has a beach promenade of several kilometers that extends to the Urbanización Ciudad Blanca urbanization. Here, most of the leisure activities are concentrated; the other section stretches to Playa de Muro beach. This area is less developed and has a quieter ambience. To reach the beach from Alcúdia (6.5 km) or Santa Margalida (14 km), follow the road signs. You can leave the car in the streets of the holiday settlement. You can easily reach the beach by bus.
