Cove Arenal De Sa Mesquida

In its eastern part you can bathe naked; on the beach you will find all kinds of services, such as restaurants, rescue floats, hammocks and umbrellas rental and the possibility of water sports. A perfect beach to spend a day at the seaside, especially if you are traveling with the family because your children will have great fun! 

The name of the beach, narrowed between low rocks, originates from the possessió Sa Mesquida de Dalt. (A possessió was a farmhouse). Cala Mesquida, together with Cala Moltó and Cala Agulla, forms a protected area. In the background of the beach is a wide dune strip, which is mainly covered by autumn twigs and pines. One of the largest seagulls and cormorant colonies of the Balearic Islands lives on one of its sides. 

To reach the beach on the road from Capdepera (7 km), you must follow the road signs. You can park your car in a public car park at a distance of 200 meters from the beach.
