Santa Maria del Camí (Mallorca)

In the shelter of the Serra de Tramuntana, between Marratxí and Binissalem, you will find the small village of Santa Maria del Camí. With stunning views of the Serra de Tramuntana, Santa Maria is home to some of the best wineries in Mallorca, making it a highly recommended visit for lovers of good wine and the best Mallorcan gastronomy.

Near Santa Maria is the church of the same name, which dates back to the early 13th century, and, also a very special place, the Convent of Mínimos, a haven of peace and beauty where you can stop and enjoy the present moment, especially in the cloister, one of the most beautiful on the island.

On Sundays, in Plaça Nova square, a market is held with local produce from the surrounding countryside, which temporarily shatters the peace and quiet of this beautiful Mallorcan village. In addition to local products, you can also find clothing, footwear, accessories and unique handicrafts. Between purchases you can sit on one of the nearby terraces and recharge your batteries by trying the variats, the typical Mallorcan tapas.
