A beach with a view, ideal for water sports and diving
This pretty beach, which attracts water sports lovers such as sailors, paddle surfers or kayakers, is located opposite the islands of Caragol, En Morell, Illa de Santa Eularia or Illa Gran and Illa Rodona.
It is situated on a coastal section with many attractive places. If you are a diver, you will find a diving school, which organizes dives into the many underwater caves of the nearby islands. The beach, 250 meters long, consists of fine, light sand, and has a very slight inclination. The seabed consists of sand, rocks and Posidonia. Do not forget your diving glasses! Cala Martina, also known as Ca na Martina, is situated between Cala Gat and S'Argamassa, close to the Punta Arabí, where one of the most interesting hippie markets of Ibiza is held every Wednesday, with hundreds of stalls selling handcrafts, clothes and accessories, live music and numerous gastronomic options. Do not miss the market! Behind the beach are numerous tourist facilities, but the tranquility of this paradise enclave is not put at risk. On the edge of the beach, you will discover some fishing sheds, and on the beach you can enjoy services such as beach bars and hammocks and umbrellas.
To reach the beach from Santa Eulària (4 km), follow the road signs to Es Canar, where you will find signs for Punta Arabí and Cala Martina. You can park near the beach. You can also reach the beach by bicycle or by public transport.
