Cove Benirràs

Benirràs or Port de Benirràs is undoubtedly a must for every visitor to Ibiza.

It is a beach of coarse sand - about 132 meters long and 30 meters wide - between the Punta de la Cova de S'Orenga and Punta Blanca, at the foot of the Puig des Guixar (189 meters high). It is one of the landscapes where the Es Amunts opens to the sea.

On it you will spend an unforgettable beach day. The beach offers services such as hammocks and umbrellas, a beach bar and restaurants with a delicious gastronomic offer. On the shore you can see some fishing shelters, and in front of you, the Es Cap Bernat magnetic rock island, almost 30 meters high, which offers a mythical sight at sunset, especially in the summer when many drummers join Benirràs. Do not miss this show!

To get from Sant Joan de Labritja (8.7 km) or Sant Miquel de Balansat (7.6 km) to the beach, you only need to follow the road signs. The beach has a parking lot. In the nearby Port de Sant Miquel (6.5 km) you can visit the interesting Cova de Can Marçà. In this ancient cave the smugglers hid their goods. You can visit the cave with a guide.
