A unique beach with dark sand and surrounded by cliffs
Cala Boix is situated in a small, wooded area, with a beach of 160 meters in length, with dark sand and surrounded by mid-high cliffs.
You will discover an incredible, almost untouched landscape, with services such as hammocks and umbrellas, and a beach bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink in the summer. The beach is shallow and has transparent water, and a gritty seabed. On the shore are isolated rocks, which increase the beauty of the beach. On the cliffs that surround the beach you will find restaurants with a rich gastronomic offer. Cala Boix is located between Es Caló Roig and Cap Roig, near the Urbanización Can Jordi. It is a quiet beach even in the summer, ideal for those who want to relax with the admiration of the landscape.
To get to the beach from Santa Eulària (11.7 km) or Sant Carles (4.6 km), you have to follow the road signs and take the turn-offs. The beach has a parking lot, and the beach is accessible by a very steep staircase; It is not recommended to persons with limited mobility.
