Hiking on Ibiza

Ibiza is much more than just sun, beach and nightlife. Put on your hiking boots, as a full ocean of paths is waiting for you; you will discover the peace of rural life, the tranquillity and the beauty with its traditional white houses, which have been celebrated by so many guests from all over the world.

In the rural interior of the island you will discover the beauty of the Pla de Corona and Pla d'Aubarca plains on which the almond trees bloom in the winter. On the coast there are paths leading you to the ancient watchtowers, which protected the island from the attacks of pirates. Today wonderful viewpoints onto the bluest Mediterranean have been installed in them. 

In the Es Amunts mountains you can walk in the footsteps of woodcutters and charcoal burners. And in the south you can stroll between the salt mines where salt has been won for centuries.
