19th Mediterranean festival poetry

In May and June, you have a date with the richest culture in the world. The Mediterranean unites this culture and Mallorca brings it together in this original Festival of Poetry that surprises every year with new initiatives. Different languages and different styles are the essence of this event, in which poets from around the Mediterranean recite their verses in the main event of the festival, the “Nit de la Poesía”.

A concert, theatre performances and original shows, such as a poetry and music jam, will complete the programme of this event, which is based in Palma’s Teatre Principal. It is also a perfect excuse for you to learn a little more about the culture of the island of Mallorca. May the recital begin!
