Prepare yourself for a complete and pleasant day at the beach, for the Capellans, Caseta or Casetes of the Capellans beach has everything you need: very fine, white sand, more than 400 meters shore, wonderful views of the bay of Alcúdia, clear water in which you can dive and all kinds of services.

On the beach you will find excellent bars and restaurants, where you can refresh yourself with drinks or enjoy a rich gastronomic offer. The beach owes its name to the fact that in its origins it was a modest holiday settlement; some of the buildings were inhabited by priests (capellans) from Muro. Today it is a unique settlement with small houses and streets of sand near the s'Albufera Natural Park, a wonderful area with many canals that shelter thousands of migratory birds on their journeys between Europe and Africa. You must visit the Natural Park!

To reach the beach from Muro (6.4 km) or Santa Margalida (10.2 km), follow the road signs to Can Picafort. Take the turnoff to Es Capellanes and leave your car near the beach.
