Beach Colònia De Sant Pere

This beach is the most popular seaside resort in the area; the locals call it Sa Platja, and it is next to the Club Náutico. It is a small beach opposite the town center, which is popular in the summer by the families, who appreciate the easy access, the golden yellow sand, the clean water and the many services. 

If you are traveling with the family, do not miss this beach. From the beach you have the best view on the great bay of Alcúdia, which is completed in the east by the magnetic Cap Ferrutx. In the background the beach is accompanied by a wonderful beach promenade, which is visited in the late afternoon by athletes or walkers who enjoy the beautiful sunset. Towards the west, you will reach the nearby Caló des Parral Beach, a small beach with coarse sand and crystal clear water, on which flows the Torrente de Sa Font des Parral. 

To reach the Colònia de Sant Pere from Artà (14.1 km) or Santa Margalida (22 km) you have to follow the road signs. You can easily reach the beach by public bus.
