Beach Es Dolç

For decades, many inhabitants of Palma, Ses Salines or Llucmajor have a second home here, which gives the place a family atmosphere. Es Dolç is a beach of white and fine sand, with sandy and light-flooded seabed, with rocks and Posidonia, where you will enjoy diving. The shallow waters attract many families with children; in the back part of the beach is a pine forest which in summer gives a valuable shade. 

Across the coast you can admire rocks and the pretty island of Na Guardis. It contains an important find from the time of the Phoenicians, which has been identified as a trading post. It is an area that attracts many divers who can discover under the water surface the remains of a Punic boat and a Roman galley. 

You can reach Es Dolç from Ses Salines (5.7 km) or Campos (13 km) via the road, following the road signs or by bus. In both cases, you have to walk 250 meters to the beach.
