Beach S'Illot

S'Illot is a small bay, where Torrent de n'Amer flows into the sea, with a wide sandy area with gentle slope, the biggest part belongs to Manacor and the rest to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar.

The big bridge on the torrent is the border between the two municipalities and the communication and transport place between the adjacent coastal areas of these municipalities. On the western part, in front of the small island, you will see a small wharf for boats which are used by the fishers and other people, although Cala Moreia is not sheltered for anchoring boats. The nearest port facilities are located at Port de Portocristo, at 3,1 nautical miles.

The accessibility by car is easy following the signs. There is also a public transport service, the nearest bus stop is located at about 50 metres from the beach. These characteristics explain that the beach is very crowded by families and tourists.
