Beach Son Bauló

An area full of sights, as it takes the megalithic tomb of Son Bauló from 1700 BC. And it is the only one of its kind on Mallorca. It is part of the Son Real protected area. The beach of fine sand and 160 meters long is bordered by low cliffs and the mouth of Torrente de Son Bauló. Here a wetland area forms, which is visited by many migratory birds on their travels between Europe and Africa. 

In the surroundings you will find tourist establishments and restaurants with a rich offer. The beach is visited by families who appreciate the presence of many convenient services, as well as the shallow, crystal-clear water. A wonderful place to spend long walks along the sea all year long and to inhale the aroma of the salt and the breeze of the sea. 

To get to the beach from Muro (12.1 km) or Santa Margalida (9.3 km), you have to follow the road signs as the road is perfectly signposted. You can easily reach the beach by public transport.
