There are records of this cemetery since the 17th century. It is located next to the St. John the Baptist parish church. It is the resting place of some of the distinguished people that lived in the town.

This point is accessed by climbing along a stone path lined with cypress trees and small chapels with images of the stations of the cross. It offers a wonderful view of the town and its surroundings.

English writer Robert Graves and Majorcan painters Antoni Gelabert and Antoni Ribas Prats are among the intellectuals and artists buried in this cemetery.
