One of these bays, only 4 meters wide, is Calonet d'es Fornàs; it is located next to the Urbanización Son Verí Nou between two other small coves: Es Rentador de Sa Senyora and Es Caló de Sant Antoni. Nearby is the rural Finca Son Grauet, a Mallorcan possessió, and just a few meters from this, the Roca dels Turistes. This is a strange flat rock bolt with a diameter of 3 meters, which can be climbed by a staircase which has been cut into the rock and offers a wonderful view of Es Calonet. In spite of its small size, this small bay offers the visitor a lot: the transparent and cool water, the sandy bottom, the view of the bay of Palma and the impressive cliffs in the area, which, due to their shallow depth for snorkeling and exploring the interesting sea- And fauna. And if you want to regain strength, the Club Naútico de S'Arenal, just a few minutes away, and numerous restaurants in the area offer everything necessary.
To reach the beach from Llucmajor or S'Arenal you have to go to one of the settlements Son Verí or Son Verí Nou and from there down a comfortable staircase. You can stroll along the promenade, which connects S'Arenal with these settlements. The promenade offers benches to rest and natural shade, which protects you from the summer heat.
