You'll find this pretty beach of sand and gravel, 80 meters long and 15 meters wide, near Alcanada. The beach has clear, clean and shallow water.

In the summer the beach is very crowded; but it has retained its family and seafarious charm: on the beach there is a small landing stage and the sheds where the dikers keep their boats and equipment. From the shore you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Bay of Alcúdia from the Cap des Pinar to the Cap de Ferrutx. On the beach there is a rental of hammocks, and in its proximity you will find bars and restaurants with a rich gastronomic offer. It is a wonderful enclave with ancient pines that takes magical sounds at the hour of the sunset. You must not miss a sunset. To get to Cala Poncet from Alcúdia (3.8 km) you have to follow the road signs to Port d'Alcúdia from there to Alcanada, to a hotel, where you can park your car to reach the beach on foot.
