If you follow the signs, access to the beach is fast, convenient and easy. After the car is parked, a nice path leads us on a pleasant walk to the beach. The beach of Portals Vells III, also known as Platja del Rei, is of small proportions, but its tranquility and the crystal-clear water make it a perfect detour, alone, with the family or friends.

A very dense pine forest offers the perfect protection from the sun and a good place for a picnic or just for a siesta under the tall trees that border this beach of fine and white sand and always invites you to the bath. You may meet here very often families who relax here, while the children enjoy the shallow waters; the shallow water also allows the anchoring of light boats. This small, quiet and pretty beach is located near Magaluf and is part of de Cala Portals Vells, a bay of the Mediterranean Sea, between Punta Xislet and s'Estaca.

The beach is very close to the Club Nàutic Portals Vells. Before or after the visit of the beach, you can visit the Torre des Moro, a defense tower from 1580.
