Cove Sa Cova Baixa

This beach is a quiet seaside resort with flat rocks, visited by the inhabitants of the Son Verí and Son Verí Nou residences. It is located near S'Arenal beach.

From the beach you can enjoy wonderful views of the wide bay of Palma, and in the surroundings you will find bars and restaurants with different gastronomic options. It is a pretty corner, part of the Bahía de Palma Natural Reserve, to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful seas with their fish. It is a wonderful place to do water sports like paddle surfing and kayaking on this pretty coastal section. Sa Cova Baixa, with a length of 50 meters and a width of 20 meters, is also known as Escat de Son Fraret or Roca des Turistes. You can reach the beach on foot from the Club Náutico de S'Arenal on the beach promenade that accompanies this section of the coast.

To reach the beach on the road from Llucmajor (16.6 km) or Palma (16.8 km), follow the road signs to S'Arenal and from there to the Urbanización Son Verí Nou. Here you can park your car. The access to the beach is via a staircase, which is cut into the rock, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panorama view.
