Cove Toró

This beach of sand and stones is next to the settlement S'Estanyol; it gets its name from the stream that flows into one of the sides of the beach and forms a small wetland area.

It is a quiet place, which is visited by the inhabitants of the village; from the shore you can enjoy a wonderful view of the coast of the mountains of Artà. This secluded and clean beach, with a shore of pebbles and 130 meters long and 20 meters wide, is also known as Cala Tonó. It is an enclave full of tranquility where you have to take some food and drink. Do not forget your diving glasses, because in Cala Toró you will discover impressive sea beds of sand and rocks. If you visit this rugged coastal section with suitable footwear, you will discover pretty rock formations with wonderful views.

To get to the beach from Artà (14.9 km) or Capdepera (21.6 km), follow the road signs for the tourist center Colònia de Sant Pere and from there to S'Estanyol. You can park your car near the beach.
