This home houses a variety of public services like the Justice of the Peace, a library, an information point, exhibition halls and other cultural activities.

The room used for exhibitions is located on the ground floor of the house, although there is also a multipurpose room on the first floor. The space can be divided using movable dividers, or the entire space can be left open in a single room.

The room used for exhibitions is located on the ground floor. It has rail lighting with spotlights and more than 50 m2 of exhibition area. On one end of the room a staircase leads to a small space no larger than 3 m2 also used to display works of art. The centre has both audio and video equipment.
