Historical complex Centro histórico de Artà

A well-signposted historical-cultural route through the emblematic monuments, buildings and places in the historical center: the old railway station from 1921 (which now houses the Tourist Information Center and provides information on the route), the Pes des Porc square, the city theaters (Designed by Mateu Carrió in 2001), the Na Batlessa House (with a library and documents of the Miquel Barceló Foundation), the Conqueridor Square (where the most important celebrations of Artà are celebrated), the Regional Museum, the Transfiguración del Señor parish Church (its construction began in 1573), the public Cattle troughs, and the architectural San Salvador complex (one of the most emblematic of the island).
