What can you do in Mallorca in July?

If you are going to visit Mallorca in July, this article is a guide with the places you should see and visit on the island during this month.

DISCOVER THE PATIOS OF MALLORCA

Mallorca is more than coves and dreamy beaches, take a stroll through the streets of the capital city and discover the famous patios of Palma. Located in the old town, these courtyards are a true historical and architectural gem that you cannot miss during your stay in Mallorca.

Today many of the courtyards are no longer public, but there are still many that can be visited. Take note of them and how to get there: Casal Solleric, Can Vivot, Cal Reguer, Ca La Gran Cristiana, Hospital Sant Pere i San Bernat, and Can Bordils.

Some join the island's cultural offer by hosting classical music concerts, exhibitions and many other cultural initiatives from time to time.

BEACH DAY AT THE MONDRAGÓ NATURAL PARK

The Mondragó Natural Park is the perfect destination to lose yourself in a natural environment that combines a great variety of flora and fauna characteristic of the region with varied landscapes that alternate between the sea and the mountains.

Take advantage of your walk through the reserve to visit Cala Mondragó, surrounded by the Park, and discover one of the most beautiful coves on Mallorca. This beach is ideal for families, as its waters are shallow and it has several beach bars, lounger areas and car parks.

TASTE THE AUTHENTIC ENSAIMADA OF MALLORCA

Yes, the real one. Because when you taste the ensaimada in Mallorca you will not want to go back. This icon of the island's confectionery is one of the products you must try before you leave. It is prepared with strong flour, water, sugar, eggs, sourdough and a key ingredient that gives it its name: saïm (lard).

Palma de Mallorca has several cafés where you can try it, make the most of it to take a stroll through the city centre and visit its main attractions. Take a look at the article we prepared with what you should see and visit in Palma de Mallorca.
