Consell is a charming little village situated at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. It is very close to Binissalem and is known for its wine-growing tradition and its marvellous surroundings attract hiking and cycling enthusiasts who are captivated by its beautiful landscapes, full of almond trees and vineyards.

This quiet, peaceful little village comes alive on Sundays, when the Mercat dels Encants, a flea market of antiques and second-hand goods, attracts hundreds of visitors every week. There is everything here and it is the ideal place for finding incredible rustic pieces to decorate your home: unique handmade furniture, lamps, picture frames and pictures, wicker baskets, decorative glass objects, also very typical in Mallorca and, as the name suggests, with a lot of charm.

It is also notable for the presence of wineries with a long tradition that are trying to recover old grape varieties. So, a tour of the vineyards and wineries around Consell is always a good option.
