The Centre Capvespre is a place where we try to give you an understanding of the agriculture of Sóller and the Tramuntana mountains.

We offer guided Tours through orange- olives groves, which still are run by farmer with traditional and environmentally friendly methods.

We also organize workshops where we show you how to make your own orange marmalade, pickled olives and Majorcan herbes herb liqueur following old recipes.
