The cellar is placed in Son Bennàssar (Felanitx), which is one of the most beautiful landscapes of the region. Our facilities are divided into a series of different and well-delimited spaces. It includes a modern and fully equipped plant for the reception, elaboration and fermentation of the wine, where we aim at respecting characteristics of the grape and guaranteeing a final product of great quality. The vineyard is placed mainly in Felanitx, to be more precise in the estate of Son Nadal. There you can find the autoctonous or native varieties “callet” and “giró blanc”, especially “callet” which is more than thirty years old, and younger varieties like “merlot”, “syrah” and “chardonnay”. The cellar is located in the estate of Son Bennàssar, by which the land is planted with “merlot” and “moscatell”. The rest grows in Manacor, in the neighbourhood of Son Jaume Andreu. There, “premsal” and “cabernet sauvignon” cpmplete the range of varieties used for later vitification. The reddish tonality of the soil, above all the “call vermell” of Son Nadal, together with the “gravoses” characteristic of Son Bennàssar and the clayey earthlands of Son Jaume Andreu, shape a diversity of ideal grounds to obtain a grape of quality in each one of the different varieties of vineyard. Regarding the planted vine varieties, they are all protected by the Denomination of Origin “Pla i Llevant”, which guarantees the quality of the product and the appropriate level of grape ripeness. Another plant, which is air-conditioned and temperature and humidity controlled, is planned for the storage of the final product, which rests in barrels of high quality oak wood specially selected to obtain the best product.
