Mallorca Regional Wine It is in 2006 when the Conde Fabrice de Suyrot decided to settle down at the fabulous “terroir” of the Colonia de Sant Pere with the purpose to revive the tradition of winemaking and started again to produce great wines. From the beginning, the soils of La Colonia de San Pedro are known for producing one of the best wines on the island. The vineyards of the winery are exposed to the north, well drained and very close to the sea, which gives them a special personality.
