Mallorca Regional Wine The OM Oliver Moragues Wines are produced in the ancient Possessió Binicomprat, one of the historical houses in Mallorca, as it already existed in 1229, when the King Jaume I 'The Conqueror', conquered Mallorca defeatings the muslims. Since 1511 the family Oliver Moragues has been dedicating it to the wine production. We are commited with mantaining this piece of history, as it has always was, during the last centuries. This also guide our work with the wine production and wine making. We understand farming as a way of understanding the nature and plants on the basis of specific care and disease prevention. Avoiding the use of synthetic pesticides and chemicals in stock, they can be fully developed over the years of his life, because the plant can grow in a healthy environment rich in necessary and beneficial microorganisms and can develop their own defenses against disease.
