Visit a Majorcan possessió (estate) and a prehistoric necropolis in the Bay of Alcúdia
Finca de Son Real is a country estate with nearly 400 hectares of land where you can follow five marked routes with no differences in altitude and no difficulties, all ending on a beach. You will discover a place inhabited from the earliest prehistoric times up to the present day and on one of the most important ancient necropolis of the entire Mediterranean. A wonderful place to spend a nice day with the family or friends.
On the estate you can take long walks while you look at the wide Alcudia Bay. You will find places with tables and benches where you can enjoy a picnic in the shade of the pine trees, and a visit to the Son Real Interpretation Center will show you how the old country life was and the most important archaeological finds. During the walks you can see native animal breeds such as sheep and pigs, as well as organic almond, carob and fig trees.
