What can you do in Mallorca in April?

Do you want to visit Mallorca in April? In addition to the essentials you should see and visit on the island, in this article you will find plans of all kinds.

ENJOY THE VIEWS FROM THE TERRACES OF THE CATHEDRAL OF MALLORCA

The Santa Maria Cathedral, known as the Cathedral of Mallorca, is the main Gothic and religious emblem of the island. There is a tour of its terraces that will allow you to get a 360° view of the city, an experience that you cannot miss and that we always recommend.

For an hour you can enjoy the beautiful views of the interior of La Seu and Palma de Mallorca from all angles, with gems such as Bellver Castle and the Almudaina Palace standing out on the horizon. The guided tours have a limited capacity, reserve your place here.

EXPERIENCE HOLY WEEK IN MALLORCA

Easter Week in Mallorca is full of rituals and processions, among which those of Palma stand out for its variety and turnout (around 18 processions). If your visit coincides with Good Friday, you must attend the Devallament (descent of Christ from the Cross) of the Crist de la Sang at the church of l'Anunciació in Palma, one of the most spiritual acts of Holy Week.

In addition, Holy Week in Mallorca will allow you to enjoy the typical seasonal gastronomy, with delicious products as such as panades (meat, pea or fish pies) and rubiols (sweet pastries filled with jam, angel hair, cottage cheese or chocolate).
