Driving on the island´s country roads is a unique experience

Motorcycling is more than a sport or a hobby; it is almost a way of life. Mallorca is well aware of this fact. Plan a route on the country roads and discover incredible landscapes, corners where you have to stop, and enjoy the best of any place. It will be unforgettable!

Overhaul your motorcycle. Mallorca is waiting for you with the best adventure on wheels. The proposal combines the essence of the island with its other elements, as you can immerse yourself in the culture of the island, its nature, its landscapes and its heritage as well as its cuisine. Above all, allow yourself plenty of time; on the course there is nothing that did not deserve admiration.

Most of Mallorca's country roads are easy and safe to ride. They are a real pleasure for motorcyclists, with many roads along the coast, inside, or in the impressive Serra de Tramuntana mountains, a jewel that has been raised to the UNESCO World Heritage site.

The most diverse, and probably the most spectacular route can be found among pine forests and cliffs in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. They are bathed in the intense blue of the Mediterranean. A road connects the most beautiful places at the mountains´ feet: Andratx, Estellencs, Banyalbufar, Valldemossa, Deià, Sóller ... Every section on the west coast is a pleasure. You should certainly stop at the port of Sant Elm (in Andratx), with impressive views of the small island of Sa Dragonera; Valldemossa with its cobblestone streets full of flowers, is an ideal place to regain strength with a coca de patata. It is the local specialty par excellence; The Sant Bartomeu Church and the Can Prunera Art Nouveau Museum in Sóller...

If you wish to extend the excursion, continue to Monasterio de Lluc Monastery or take the winding road to Sa Calobra Bay. The panorama view is incomparable. And at the end of your day a sunset on the Cap de Formentor becomes the icing of the day. In the interior of the island, the route between Palma and Sineu is also an excellent option.

If you drive south-east you should not miss the salt mines of Ses Salines de Es Trenc with their ponds, in the salt, or enclaves like Cala Figuera or Es Caló des Moro. And if you are looking for views from the summit, go up the 500 meters to Santuario de Sant Salvador de Felanitx Monastery. It will impress you.

And there is still the north-east of Mallorca. The Roman city of Alcúdia, the S'Albufera Natural Park, the Península de Llevant Natural Park in Artà, Cala Rajada ... There are so many options!
