The company owned by Jaume and Llorenç Perelló, father and son, was created recently, but their experience and knowledge of the land and of wine are not so recent. They have owned vineyards for many years. Their professional lives were devoted to the cultivation, harvest and sale of grapes. They are fans of this world, the world of winemaking and oenology, so they decided to stop selling grapes that other producers used to make outstanding wines and instead craft their own. The change entailed a heavy investment in both money and time, but they created this small family-owned company that boasts the most cutting-edge technology on the market.

The winery was founded recently. It is located next to the Son Morei vineyards. The winery is equipped with the most state-of-the-art oenological machinery on the market. The father and son team has applied the latest refrigeration technology, with totally temperature-controlled vinification and ageing rooms. The winery’s capacity is 350 hectolitres.
