The Gallinas & Focas winery is located at Casa Weyler, between Es Pla de na Tesa and Son Ferriol. It's surrounded by fields of organic crops, vineyards, and olive and carob trees. The wines we produce are the Gallinas & Focas red and the Sa Cussa Antònia white.

This project has a strong connection with people thanks to the collaboration between Esment Alimentació and 4Kilos Vinícola. Amadip Esment strives to create opportunities and improve the quality of life of those who need support and their families. Esment Alimentació members are involved in the whole process of creating the wine and constitute the heart of the project.

We apply rational viticultural techniques with minimal interference. A local grape variety, Manto Negro, is used to make the red wine, while Premsal and Macabeu are used for the white. All our wines are organic.
