A nice, wild and protected beach
Menorca has corners of impressive beauty such as Binigaus Beach between the Puntas Rabiosa and Rodona, near the Sant Tomás residential settlement.
You will discover a place which, because of its obvious ecological value, is part of a natural area of particular interest, extending from Cala Mitjana to Binigaus. An infinite area in which to dive, take long walks along the sea or simply let the time pass slowly. You are located on the Es Migjorn Gran Coast, in the south of Menorca, where you will be amazed by the landscape with its cliffs up to 40 meters high; these cliffs suddenly release solitary, pretty unspoiled bays, among which the one of Binigaus - with a length of 1,100 meters - is an exception.
From the shore, you will see pine trees that have been forested by pine trees, ending almost in the sea, and the pretty rocky island of Illot de Binicodrell. To reach Es Migjorn Gran (4.9 km) from this paradise you must follow the road signs to Sant Tomàs residential settlement. Here you can park your car. From here you can walk 15 minutes on a section of the Camí de Cavalls to Binigaus Beach.
