Beach D'en Tortuga

The beach is surrounded by slopes that reach the sea, and in the background is the Laguna de Morella, in the s'Albufera of the Gray Nature Park; it is a large wetland area, with many migratory birds traveling between Europe and Africa rest. If you love nature, you must visit this protected area; in it you can observe many bird species from observation posts and towers. The beach does not provide any services; so do not forget to bring along drinking water and some food along with suitable footwear and sun protection. 

To reach the beach from Maó (13.4 km), follow the road signs to the Favàritx lighthouse. In the vicinity you can park. From this point, follow the road along the coast to the west. After reaching Caló de ses Mandres and Cala Presili you arrive at this paradise beach. It is a 2 km long hike, where you will enjoy impressive views of this coastal section.
