The rural Morvedra Nou hotel takes you to a Minorcan dairy farm to find out how the famous D.O. Mahón-Menorca cheese is made and to get to know the family, their herd and their life in the countryside. On request, you can end your visit with a tasting of local products, pairing the cheese with drinks and fruit to enjoy it to the full.
You will also visit a family winery with a small but very well-looked-after wine production process. The wine is produced in a sandstone quarry, which keeps it at a constant optimum temperature and provides the wines with the right conditions for ageing. You'll end your visit by tasting its wines and local products, of course.
