One aspect Menorca is famous for is its cuisine. Influenced by the cultures that have inhabited the island throughout its history, it has barely changed over the centuries. You mustn’t leave the island before trying its typical pastries and lobster stew, savouring its blancmange dessert known as menjar blanc or being seduced by its fine wines.
